We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, or if your item has stopped working or become faulty within its warranty period, our warranty partner JDN Technical will take care of everything for you.

JDN Technical can send you a free returns pack and prepaid postage label, making it simple to send your item back. They’ll handle the repair or warranty assessment and keep you updated along the way.

 

Incorrect Items

We know that mistakes happen, so if you accidentally order the wrong item, no worries – we’re here to help you sort it out.

If you need to return a wrong product, simply fill out a Returns Form.

Make sure to get the items back to us within 28 days of the invoice date. We recommend grabbing proof of postage for anything you send back.

Pack everything securely in its original packaging, including all the accessories, instructions, and warranty cards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for credit if the seal is broken or if the outer packaging is removed or damaged.

There might be a restocking fee and you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the goods back to us. Sorry, but handling or delivery charges applied to the goods can’t be refunded.
